Refined through work with thousands of leaders across the country in rooms where trust mattered, behavior changed, and the learning had to last.
How do I become a BGL Mission-Driven Facilitator©?

You begin by experiencing the method from the inside, because the best facilitation cannot simply be studied. It has to be felt.
Facilitators attend an immersive, in-person retreat in Presque Isle, PA, in the beginning of the program, and another in Cocoa Beach, FL, to close the Mission-Driven Facilitator© certification with the successful completion of a final practicum.
In between retreats, you will attend interactive virtual trainings, and as a BGL Mission-Driven Facilitator©, you will keep a digital copy of the full curriculum.
