For decades, we’ve trained and certified hundreds of facilitators, helping subject-matter experts turn content into behavior change. Our work is grounded in adult learning science, motivation theory, and real-world application — not scripts, gimmicks, or slides that look good but land flat.
In fact, research shows that people retain less than 10% of what they hear in traditional training, but up to 75% when learning is application-based, emotionally relevant, and immediately practiced.
Our facilitation work is built on an 8-Step Application-First Model developed and refined inside complex systems, where training had to work — not just inspire.
