John (JP) Phillips, Performance Consultant and Training Facilitator
JP is one of Pennyslvania's foremost experts in performance accountability and systems transformation. As the Senior Performance Management Analyst for the Governor's Office of Administration, he built the Commonwealth's facilitator certification program, now used by more than 25 State agencies and dozens of statewide organizations and local governments.
He specializes in diagnosing underperformance, redesigning systems, and improving the way leaders operate day-to-day. JP helps organizations move from intention to execution by creating clarity, structure, and behavior change that sticks.
